At Bedding Envy UK, we want you to love your sleep experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all linens remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Carefully fold your bedding and place it back in its original luxury packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized local courier point across the UK.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
